| Chairman |
A person who is nominated and voted in by members of the committee, he or she will ensure that committee meetings are conducted in a proper manner and that true and accurate minutes are kept of all meetings. |

| Treasurer |
A trustworthy person who can and will keep an accurate account of all the clubs finances. He or she will be nominated and voted the position of treasurer. He or She will bank all money and pay-out such sums as required for the efficient management and running of the club. |

| Secretary |
Will attend all meetings and record the minutes, he or she will attend to and deal with all the club correspondence and submit to the committee all the relevant material prior to a club meeting. Will also ensure that all local towns and villages social event organisers are aware of the club's willingness to actively display models at fetes and other fund-raising events. To also act as competition secretary as required. |

| Safety Officer |
Will be responsible for all safety aspects of the club. To ensure that all rules and guidelines are up-to-date and that all members are fully aware of them. With respect to any query or doubt regarding any safety aspect affecting the club his or her ruling is to be accepted. Any disputes will accede to the ruling of the safety officer at the time but may be brought up at club meetings or to the committees attention for discussion. |

To ensure efficient running of the club and its activities by assisting the above officials. |

|
| Functions of the Committee |
The committee will ensure that the club is managed and run in a proper manner.
a) Make regulations for the good of the club in business; club inter-relations; competitions and safety so long as they are compatible with the BMFA and the CAA rules and guidelines.
b) Take any action as required in matters that affect the club or its members with respect to the aims and purposes of the club.
c) To assist and co-opt any non-member for a reasonable limited period where necessary so that the interests of the club may be furthered. |
